Refund policy

At THE EPOPEE, we take pride in delivering products that reflect our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide instructions for returning the product. Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or are returned without original tags may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

In cases where a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers are requested to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution at the earliest.

Certain items, including products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return or refund unless received in a defective condition.

THE EPOPEE reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
