At THE EPOPEE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging and condition.

  • Not show signs of damage caused by the customer.

Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to manufacturing defects, damage, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be covered by THE EPOPEE.

For returns due to personal preference or size selection issues, return shipping charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process after delivery.
